Practice Gratitude

He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has.” – Epictetus

Gratitude is perhaps the most power force for life change available to each of us.

Every expert on positive psychology recommends it.

What does it really mean to practice gratitude?

To genuinely become aware of all the things we have to be thankful for.

When you truly get it, I mean really, really get it, you will be overwhelmed by how much you have to be grateful for.

Meditate on this and begin a daily ritual of practicing gratitude.

You will  become a much happier person.
