Triggers can set you on a path to good or bad action


 A trigger is defined as something which precipitates another event, thought or action.

Seeing a note may trigger you to take action to do whatever the note reminded you to do.

Seeing a picture of a puppy may trigger feelings of warmth, happiness and love.

Seeing an object purposely left where you will see it may trigger a reminder to take an action.

Form associations which trigger positive thoughts and actions.

Re-frame triggers that associate with negative thoughts and actions to take you in a more positive productive direction.

Don’t allow random triggers to control you. Set your own triggers to control your own life direction.

Fill your life with triggers.
